NGOZI OHAKIM
Ngozi is the Chief Executive Officer of Fuels Gate Resources Ltd. She oversees the day to day affairs of the organization. She serves also as Chief Marketing Officer and leader of the whole pack. She drives the company vision and inspires the team to remain committed to its mission.
She is a professional with over thirteen years work experience in Banking, Strategic Human Resource Practices, logistics and Organizational Management. She began her career in the year 2000 with Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank). She left the bank in 2008 as the Unit Head in charge of Head office and young talent recruitment.
She had a brief stint with Enterprise bank Plc in 2009 before leaving as a Deputy Manager to the Oil and Gas sector.
She served at Flowline Energy Service, an oil and gas servicing organization as the Head, Human Resource and Administration and became the business owner for man power supply which put the unit on board as a profit centre for the Company. She also worked at Britannia-U Nigeria Limited; an indigenous Exploration and Production Company as the Manager, Human Resources and Administration.
As a Human Resource Executive, she has been exposed to several training to ensure strategies are put in place for effective human resources management and development as well as general organizational operations. She led the organization in this capacity in its organizational restructuring and re-engineering evolution.
She later joined Zmodem Group; a telecom servicing company as the Group General Manager, Corporate Services Division in charge of their Logistics and Procurement Unit covering numerous sites nationwide, and doubled as their Human Resources/Admin and IT department Head. She held this position till she joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.
LAURA ADERIBIGBE
Laura is the Chief Customer Officer of Fuels Gate Resources Limited. She provides the warm and efficient information management flow between customers’ numerous and complex array of orders and the organization.
She is a Customer Care Professional with over 12 years experience in Service Excellence management, gained in the banking industry both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
She is an expert in providing excellent service and ensuring utmost client satisfaction. She is a rare breed in the field of customer centrism with a deep commitment to proffering solutions and feedback implementation. With a high emotional intelligence, she has redefined customer service approaches at every banking institution where she has worked with. Her exposures began in 2001 at Diamond Bank Plc as a marketing officer and then unto Zenith Bank Plc where she was customer service officer, and went on to become the team lead for the customer service unit and later relationship manager.
She joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, Britain’s prestigious financial institution where she served as a Customer Service Officer before joining the company.
Laura is a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in Nigeria with a Bsc. in Quantity Surveying and a certification in Project Management from the APM in the United Kingdom. She is a Christian, married with children.
AYODELE AWOLOLA
Ayodele is a certified associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He holds a Higher National Diploma Certificate from the renowned Yaba College of Technology, Yaba Lagos State in 1998 before proceeding to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he bagged his BSc. (Accounting).
Until 2011, Ayodele was the Head of Accounts Department at the Anglican Archdeaconry Festac. Before then He was the Chief Financial Officer at Tara Systems Limited where he was lumbered with the responsibility of creating, updating and ensuring the existence of a compact and transparent accounting system for the company, with core responsibilities such as preparation and control of the ledger, all financial transactions, budgetary control, Imprest system, overseeing all purchases and payroll activity, the Balance Sheets and the Reconciliation Accounts Systems.
He currently presides over the Accounting Department of the well-known international Law firm, Giwa-Osagie & Co. where he acts as the Head of Accounts. His responsibilities include overseeing, processing and compact storage of the financial transactions in the Computer system, preparation and implementation of the financial budgets and Cash flow, liaising with the principal partner in respect of accounting solutions to the financial aspect of the firm; all executed maintaining high level of financial discipline and work ethics.
He possesses a vast and key knowledge of most accounting applications packages.
His strong numeracy skills, rudimentary knowledge of Integrated Financial Management System and his experiences which has taken him across major sector of the economy in his over 10 years of practice makes him a relevant entity in major industries including the Oil and Gas, Administration and NGOs. He currently tutors at Legacy Associates and ACCA Centre where he shares his knowledge and experience with young upcoming accountants, bankers and others in various discipline on a part-time basis; mentoring and lecturing them majorly on Audit and Assurance Services or F8 courses. He serves as Chief Financial Officer.
Ayodele is married with children and likes meeting people or playing football when he is not reading at his leisure.
